Australia's an intensely secretive nation. According to a May 2010 issue of the Courier Mail, Brisbane's mayor wants to increase his secret powers:

What the fuck is that, you asshole!? Secrecy is the very opposite of transparency, you can't increase one without decreasing the other, and claiming otherwise is an outrageous lie.
