apparently its meant to taste like something in-between grapefruit and tamarind and also kind of sherbety. Though the colour does look ever so slightly off-putting...though i doubt that would stop the japanese...if its weird theyll drink/eat it.

they made cucumber pepsi?? what were they thinking...not much apparently...i know that the furthest they went with pepsi in australia was to make it blue coloured, not sure what they taste was meant to be though.

i think if they made the cucumber pepsi slightly more nuclear green it would be pretty awesome...but really cucumber flavour? cucumber generally tastes dull and bad so why would they want their drink tasting dull and bad??

I don't think they set out to make cucumber pepsi, I think they were fucking about in the lab, made something that didn't make people vomit, and thought "Does this taste like anything?"

A small voice in the back said "It's not entirely unlike cucumber..."

And presto, a new product was born (and it died a few months later).
