Thanks to the UK Resistance we now know that Sony, ever the leading edge of the gaming revolution, has made it safe for girlz (note the Z) to play games.  No more sneaking out at night to smoke ... have sex ...  play games: the PSP now comes in PURPLE.

And just in case the girlz Sony's targeting with this ad don't know what to play, it comes with a copy of Hannah Montana.

They're not very girly hands.
All the girls pictured are laughing.
Two girls making eye contact with the player i.e. staring.
Girl 2 looks like she's just turned from girl 1 to look towards player in mid-giggle.
Girl 1's index finger is post-point, suggesting she has just shared a joke with girl 4.
Player is somewhat withdrawn from the rest of the scene.
It's a suspiciously Twilight Princess screenshot.

Nope, this is still a group of girls laughing at a boy playing games, except this time he's playing a horsey love game on his girly handheld.

And that was before I clicked through and read the UKR comments.

Ah, see as a girl my brain only responds to the colour pink. I guess that's why I don't enjoy video games normally.

Oh wait, that's total BULLSHIT..... whoops

Seriously.... why don't they just come out with a whole range of colours, like yellow, blue, green or red? Why does it always have to be pink?

They already have a range of colours including blue and red, silver, black, white, red, green, yellow.
