It's still completely broken.  Your spacing is more or less random, though it's consistent now and then.  I took your 11x12 font and applied a vertical line every 11 pixels, and you can clearly see where it's going bad:

I reversed the colours for clarity. 

You might want to start with the overlay and slide the letters around on a different layer until they match.  Just line up the left-most pixel of each letter so it's under the line, and you're good to go.

This seems a bit weird, I sliced the image proportionally with the divider option and I line them up side by side as shown here for both fonts:

Hi NFG,

I just managed to get sometime to get to the pixel fonts again. I checked the original non-flatten image of the font along with the guided one you posted and I can't figured out why your image seems to have shifted?...

I placed them top and bottom side by side and everything seems to be in perfectly line up with your guided lines... :\

I will re-export the images again and hopefully it works this time. I guess there are something messed up on my side while exporting the graphics...

Edt: Can you test this version out?

I guess it might have been because after I erased the background color and it become transparent, and I somehow shifted the text without knowing. -_-"... Or perhaps it was something photoshop did when saving the file.

The last one I use fireworks only to arrange and save the final image...

Oh well. At least it is works now :D I am going to continue on other fonts. :)

P.S. Guess you might also want to remove the non-working version at the previous page :P

Apologize for the lack of update on my other pixel fonts :P... been very busy with other stuff...

Anyway, I will be getting back on finishing them up soon. :D

You've screwed it up somehow, the letters appear to be aliased.  Note the border of the capital F and G, they blur together.  Some letters are 11x11, some are 11x12.

Humm.. Weird... I will try again... I haven't alter the font in anyway though.. so it might just be the saving changed some of the font aliasing...
