Subject: Forum update.
I've streamlined the updating process, so forum updates don't mean the loss of all things cool anymore.  The WTF block, dragons and header logo at the top of the page tended to disappear whenever the forum was upgraded, and ...  well that sucked, so I took steps.

STEPS I say.

Now go back to your regular ignoring-these-forums activity.
